| How much is a uniform and all the training gear? |

You can buy a Gi (training uniform) from us when you come to the dojo. They are about $100 each. In time you will also need a pair of sparring gloves and a mouth guard. To start all you need is a pair of track suit pants and a rugby jersey (all loose fitting). Once you decide to stay, we can arrange a Gi for you. Alternatively you can purchase one from the local Martial Arts shop or online at numerous other outlets. The Gi we wear is all white, similar to Aikido and Judo (not blue or black). Most students carry a small Personal Protection Medical Kit with them. This contains some basic first aid equipment and dressings etc. We have a full first aid kit on site should you need it and all our trainers are certified first aid providers. Here is a basic list.
